We want you to know how very pleased we are with the new Carrier heat pump you recently installed at our home. It worked like a charm cooling us during our recent "heat wave". The foreman and crew that performed the installation were respectful, very competent, and able and willing to answer all of our questions and completed their respective functions in a minimum of time. It was a pleasure with not having to hear loud music blaring from their trucks nor to have a yard strewn with cigarette butts when they left.

Our thanks and high praise to Hal, Mike, Tom, and last but certainly not least, Glen, who literally " went the extra mile " for us when we thought we had a problem. And thanks to your fine office staff for answering our calls and furnishing us with extra paper work and etc. It has been a real, real pleasure doing business with all of you.

Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with the heat pump duct cleaning by Dwight. He spent 9 hours and did a very thorough job. Our system had not been cleaned for some time so it was pretty dirty. Dwight was very conscientious in doing a good job and is a credit to your company. With the large amount of work he performed, in my opinion, he deserves a pay raise. No we’re not related and I’ll recommend your company in the future. PS Buck also did a good job informing us what would be done prior.
